And that very thing is a similarity to the time-honored philosophy of yoga. After all, yoga makes you physically and mentally strong.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After being welcomed with mint tea (from our own garden, if the season permits), you\u2019ll participate in a guided one-hour yoga session. Afterward, you\u2019ll view several paintings from the castle\u2019s collection together. We\u2019ll use the Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) method: a way of looking closely and exploring together what a work of art evokes.
