Knights’ Hall<\/h2>\n
\n

The Knights’ Hall, the beating and historic heart of the Muiderslot, exudes both luxury and intimacy. In the Middle Ages, important guests were received here by a blazing hearth and the lord of the castle sat for justice. In the 17th century the hall became famous as the meeting place of poet, writer and castle resident P.C. Hooft and the Muider Circle, where friends made music, wrote poetry and had discussions. A unique hall with a rich history, perfect for atmospheric dinners and gatherings. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dine by candlelight among 17th-century paintings or begin the evening with a reception in the Castle Kitchen. During dinner there is room for music, stories or a brief commentary on the art and history. Other spaces, such as the Armory or the castle courtyard, can become part of the program for a rich experience. <\/span><\/p>\n
