1. Definitions
1.1
‘Rijksmuseum Muiderslot Foundation’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘Muiderslot’) means the organization that manages and operates the museum complex, such as the management, educational staff, curators, attendants, tour guides and other museum officials authorized to act on behalf of this organization.
1.2
‘The museum complex’ means the entirety of spaces (built-up and unbuilt), located in Muiden at Herengracht 1, that falls under the legal or management authority of the management of the Muiderslot, such as presentation rooms, castle routes, tavern, museum shop, moat, gardens, ramparts, casemate, water shield, jetties, gatehouse, other outdoor areas and the depot.
1.3
By `visitor’ is meant anyone who enters the museum complex and/or visits an exhibition and/or attends an activity organized in the museum complex by the Muiderslot or by third parties with the permission of the Muiderslot. Children up to and including 12 years of age may only enter the museum complex (castle, gardens and activities) when accompanied by an adult.
1.4
‘Admission ticket’ means an entrance ticket (whether or not in combination with a discount card) or a similar proof (such as a written invitation, voucher, annual pass), which provides access to (specified) room(s) in the museum complex of the Muiderslot.
