Volunteers

Our volunteers are indispensable. They maintain the gardens, assist at the information desk and take care of the maintenance of the collection. They are our ambassadors and ensure that visitors feel welcome and can enjoy their visit to the Muiderslot.

We are regularly looking for new volunteers who want to help with the castle, gardens and receiving visitors. Do you have at least one half day per week and are you available at least once a month on weekends? Then we would like to hear from you.

Working as a volunteer

Looking for an internship? At the Muiderslot, we like to invest in talent development. As an intern, you’ll bring new ideas and energy, and work with us on the castle, collection and gardens.

Perhaps your wishes match what we are looking for and we can do something for each other. The Muiderslot cooperates with various educational institutions to make internships possible.
