12. Appendix receipts
When renting (part of) the museum complex to hold receptions, dinners, concerts, theater performances or receptions of any kind, the following applies in addition to the general terms and conditions:
12.1
The facilities, which are necessary in connection with the reception, shall be deployed in consultation with and approval of the official of the Muiderslot. These facilities shall be at the expense of the user.
12.2
The user is liable for damage of any kind resulting from the stay in the museum complex. Nothing may be nailed or glued in/on/to walls, ceilings and beams or otherwise attached to anything.
12.3
The landlord is not liable for the loss, missing, abandonment, etc. of clothing and objects of any kind brought to the museum complex by the tenant and his/her guests or by persons on behalf of the tenant.
The lessor is also not liable for personal injury resulting from use of such an item.
12.4
Parking on the grounds of the Muiderslot is permitted only in consultation with and after approval of the Muiderslot official.
