3.1 The (historic) multi-storey buildings in which the museum complex is located are not accessible to wheelchair users, people with walkers, buggies and baby carriages and also difficult to access for the disabled. The (historic) multi-storey buildings in which the museum complex is located are not accessible to wheelchair users, people with walkers, buggies and baby carriages and also difficult to access for the disabled. However, the courtyard and outdoor area are accessible; wheelchair users do not have to pay an entrance fee for these. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed throughout the museum complex if they accompany a visitor with an identification card.

Upon entering the museum complex, visitors are advised to be aware of the escape routes to be used in the event of an emergency or threat thereof.
