Objects found by the visitor in the museum complex can be handed in at the ticket office.
9.2
The Muiderslot will make every effort to locate the owner or rightful claimant of the found object and will keep in contact with the local police for this purpose if necessary. Found objects will be kept by the Muiderslot for a maximum of one month.
9.3
In case the owner or rightful claimant of a found object comes forward, he/she has the choice of collecting the goods himself/herself or having them sent to him/her, after advance payment of shipping costs. In both cases, the owner or entitled party must provide proper identification.
