An event at Muiderslot Castle is anything but ordinary. As the Rijksmuseum, we welcome you to a historic venue, surrounded by centuries-old art and history. Knights’ Hall

The Knights’ Hall is the historic heart of Muiderslot Castle. A unique and charming venue with a rich history, perfect for atmospheric dinners and gatherings.

Dinner for up to 70 people
Cocktail party for up to 80 people

Available from 6:00 p.m. to midnight

Garden Room

The Garden Room is located in the heart of the Muiderslot gardens. It’s bright, with lots of windows, and offers views of the gardens and the castle. It’s perfect for dinners, cocktail parties, and celebrations.

Dinner for up to 85 people
Party for up to 120 people

Available from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Final Square

The Castle Square at Muiderslot Castle. Once the heart of the castle, now a unique venue for outdoor events. Ideal for cocktail parties, celebrations, and gatherings.

Castle Gardens

The castle gardens form a green oasis around Muiderslot Castle, with the arbour, herb garden, and vegetable garden serving as the backdrop. They’re perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and gatherings in a green setting.

Castle Workshop

From prison to castle studio. A bright space with thick walls full of stories. Two spaces that can be rented separately. Perfect for workshops, lunches, and small gatherings.

Small studio capacity: up to 15 people

Het Kasteelatelier van het Muiderslot. In de ruimte is de historische structuur van het kasteel zichtbaar, met moderne, ringvormige verlichting en lichtstrips die de bogen volgen.

Castle Chapel

The former castle chapel is a subdued and characterful space in the Muiderslot. Formerly a place of contemplation, the space is now particularly suitable for small ceremonies, lectures and musical performances. The original pews and serene atmosphere make this space special.
