Climate Expo at Rijksmuseum Muiderslot

This summer, Muiderslot will focus on the challenges of climate change. Twenty artists creatively reflect on this theme. Amidst the lush gardens renowned for their biodiversity, approximately 25 artworks can be admired in and around the castle. The Climate Expo is an innovative exhibition that encourages you to think about your role in preserving our planet and contributing to a sustainable future in an inspiring and educational way. Specially for the expo, a separate audio tour and a podcast series have been developed, offering a “green” perspective on the castle’s collection.

The Climate Expo is a collaboration between Muiderslot and ArtWorlds.

Family Programming:
Throughout the summer, Muiderslot offers various creative activities. Together with some exhibitors, (walk-in) workshops are organized for young and old. These include activities like creating art by recycling waste or working with plants.
