Count Floris the Fifth was born on June 24, 1254. He had the Muiderslot built. To celebrate Floris’s birthday, everyone named Floris will receive free entrance on June 24, 2021. Show your passport or ID card at the ticket office and enjoy a visit to the castle and gardens.

And…. who celebrates has to treat!

There are free guided tours of Floris V and the history of the castle at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00. No reservation is needed for the free tours.
