Kids: self portrait

Once a month, you can join a creative workshop at Amsterdam Castle Muiderslot. We find a suiting theme and create something beautiful! This month we focus on making a self portrait. 

Do you ever fantasize about the future? What will you be when you grow up? During this creative workshop kids will create their own futuristic self portrait; like a mirror to the future. First, a museum teacher guides the kids through the castle and we have a look at portraits in the collection of Amsterdam Castle Muiderslot. Afterwards, it’s time to paint.

Practical information

• This workshop is 5 euros per child (entry ticket excluded).
• The creative workshop starts at 12:30 pm and takes about 1,5 hours.
• This workshop is suitable for kids between 6-12 years old.
• All materials are already in the castle. The (bilingual) museum teacher helps the kids.
