SterkWater: dining at the castle

This spring Amsterdam Castle Muiderslot is hosting pop-up restaurant ‘SterkWater.’ Experience the rich history of the surroundings, while tasting a great 5 course menu and enjoying music, the castle and the beautiful gardens.

Sweet and Salty

Amsterdam Castle Muiderslot has many faces. The castle functioned as (amond other things) a tollbooth, a brewery and a defense work at the waterside. Through the years, the castle is inhabited, occupied, demolished and rebuilt. During the this edition of pop-up restaurant ‘SterkWater’ you will discover more than 700 years of history at the waterside, and you’ll enjoy an evening full of yummy dishes and unique stories about the surroundings.
