Kids at the castle: making postcards

Once a month, you can join a creative workshop at Amsterdam Castle Muiderslot. We find a suiting theme and create something beautiful!

Summer is just around the corner. Time for a holiday, to relax at home or to go on a trip. But what was that in the past, in the Middle Ages and the 17th century? Did people already have holidays at that time? And did people even travel back then? You can discover all this during a short tour of the gardens and the castle. Then you get to work yourself and make a postcard of your dream destination. But watch out! Besides drawing, cutting, tearing & pasting, you will also paint with your feet.

Practical information

• This workshop is 7,50 euros per child (entry ticket excluded).
• This workshop is suitable for kids between 6-12 years old.
• Language is Dutch
• All materials are already in the castle. The museum teacher helps the kids.
